Private Sessions and Corporate Groups
We are also available for private corporate groups and events, and can host a self defence session at Training Grounds, or we can come to you.
We have previously held groups of teens during the School holidays, Corporate team building events with Foxtel and the ACU, as well as social groups.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY
The coaches are extremely patient, encourage questions, push you to do better and provide coaching at competitions. The members are humble, friendly and the higher belts are always open to giving you feedback and correcting technique. For those thinking of giving Jiu-Jitsu a try I would highly recommend it. Although I have constant joint pain, it has surpassed all my expectations as I feel happier, more confident and more resilient for it. It’s also a great way to practice your English and Brazilian accent.
