Last year Paul led one of our favourite seminars due to his different method of coaching & conceptual approach. He is a black belt under the legendary Jean Jacque Machado.
In this seminar, Paul will be spending some time on wrist locks for BJJ. Having an Aikido black belt amongst a few others, Paul has developed a wrist lock game tailored towards BJJ.
