At TG Kids Martial Arts Academy, we offer BJJ (ages from 3 years) and Muay Thai (ages from 6 years) in a fun, playful setting that builds confidence, coordination, and self-defence.
Classes are movement-based and packed with games, challenges, and creativity, all led by experienced coaches who make learning exciting and community-focused.
Programs
Our youngest martial artists learn through play-based BJJ sessions that develop balance, coordination, and body awareness. Classes are fun, safe, and designed to build confidence while introducing the basics of movement and grappling.
Our Kids BJJ program builds strong fundamentals through creative drills, games, and live rolling. Kids develop problem-solving skills, discipline, and resilience while learning practical self-defence in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Kids Muay Thai builds coordination, confidence, and striking technique through pad work, partner drills, and high-energy games. It's a great way for kids to stay active, learn a new skill, and build self-discipline in a fun group setting.

Our kids program combines our overall coaching philosophy with leading youth development frameworks, including the Athletic Skills Model (ASM) and elements of the Ecological and Constraint-Led Approach (CLA).
We focus on developing well-rounded movers first, not just sport-specific skills. Through a wide variety of games and activities, kids build balance, coordination, agility, and confidence — setting them up for long-term success in both sport and life.
