Our Women's Personal Safety Program

This isn't your typical self-defence class.

FIRST MOVE is built around real-life situations, helping you recognise what's happening early, make clear decisions, and move yourself to safety with confidence.

Using simple games and guided scenarios (think car parks, social settings, everyday moments), each session develops your instinct, awareness, and ability to respond, without pressure or overwhelm.
