This isn't your typical self-defence class.

Grab your friends and come along for a fun, interactive session that's a little different from your average self-defence class.

Forget standing in lines, practicing the same move over and over. This workshop is all about getting involved, playing games, working through real-life scenarios and learning practical skills you can actually use.

You'll explore everyday situations that women face — like walking to your car, catching public transport, meeting someone for a date, or simply trusting your instincts when something doesn't feel right.

Through fun, game-based activities, you'll learn how to recognise early warning signs, set boundaries, use your voice with confidence and make smart decisions before a situation escalates.

No martial arts experience? Perfect. This class is designed for absolute beginners and anyone wanting to feel more confident, capable and aware in everyday life.

Come on your own, bring your bestie, your mum, your sister, your daughter (12yrs+), or make it a girls' outing. You'll laugh, learn something new and leave with practical skills that could make all the difference.
